This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no trackers. Pages are static; nothing you do here is recorded by us.

The contact form does not send anything on its own. Submitting it opens a pre-filled draft in your own email app, so nothing leaves your device until you choose to send it. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and we do not add you to any list.

The Orbyl product

The Orbyl service — the agent that answers patient messages for clinics — handles patient conversations on behalf of the clinics that deploy it. That processing is governed by the written agreement between Orbyl and each clinic, not by this page: the clinic remains the controller of its patients' data, and Orbyl processes it only as that agreement instructs.

Within the product: patient conversations are not used to train models, deployments live in a region agreed with the clinic and data stays inside it, retention windows are configurable per clinic, and export and deletion are available on request.

If you want to know what we hold that relates to you — as a website visitor, a clinic, or a patient of a clinic that uses Orbyl — write to hello@orbyl.ai and we will answer plainly. Patients should contact their clinic first, since the clinic controls their data, but we will always help route the request.
